Merry Christmas!

On behalf of the Zimbabwe Gecko Society  Frank and I  would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas.

We thank you for your love, support and prayer all of which are important to us and our ministry here and in Zimbabwe.

This year has been  both  challenging and exciting as we have received, sorted, packed and sent the container onto the high seas. Thanks to so many of you. I am pleased to say that the container has arrived safely in Zimbabwe.  I (Susan) will be heading to Zimbabwe on January 7th for three months  to assist with the distribution of the many gifts of love placed in the container.   Frank is healing well after surgery and almost a full year of Chemotherapy but we thought it best to recover a little longer before he takes on such a long trip.

Young Emerson Krahn wants the children in Zimbabwe to go to school. So he did something about it.

On November 14th Emerson went to Save-on-Foods and asked for donations of candy.  Save-on-Foods were very generous and Emerson went home to pack it into bags ready for sale on November 16th at the Evergreen Nursing Home.

"Buy a bag of sweets so the children can go to school" he told prospective buyers.  Who could resist?  $168.60 was raised.  Well done Emerson!   We can all make a difference.  You did!!

We continue to acknowledge your faithfulness to the work we do and as always give you the credit as without YOU nothing happens.

May you experience the true gifts of Christmas this year.

Love, Peace and Joy

Sue and Frank
